Superior
High-quality Materials for Bellows
One
of the most important things for a quality bellow product is the material. Through
our longterm experience and intensive research we can offer the best quality from
suppliers around the world. We are working very closely towards both ends with
customers and suppliers in order to find the best solutions. All our high-quality.materials
are being tested extensively in real life.
Only
special materials fit the highest requirements so we can give give you the competitive
edge you deserve. When looking for new or special applications for which you cannot
use our current materials, we ask that you work with us to find the perfectly
suited material. For advanced machining centers and high-speed applications you
need ultra-light and durable materials. This is also valid for linear guides.
When
our engineers are looking for a suitable material we are mainly focusing on very
thin and durable types. This gives us the opportunity to basically use all materials
for all kinds of bellows in all designs. A clear sign of poor material is that
it is very thick so as to ensure the required protection. Our high temperature
materials are perfectly adapted to the new generation of machines (especially
laser machines). Starting with various types of aluminized to fiberglass materials
and finally to the advanced Preotex-material, we can offer the most complete and
diverse range. We cover a temperature range from -40 oF to 1100 oF,
for a short period even up to 1800 oF.
